Early Learning Connections, a private, non-profit United Way affiliate, was founded in 1973. As a new Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher at Early Learning Connections, you will be responsible for creating and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for the children, and communicating effectively with parents and colleagues. Your day-to-day activities will include engaging children in educational activities, promoting social-emotional development, and documenting children's progress. You will collaborate with the team to uphold the highest standards of care and education while supporting the individual needs of each child.

To excel as an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher at Early Learning Connections, you should possess a deep understanding of child development and early childhood education principles. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with young children, parents, and colleagues. QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferred :

• Completion of an undergraduate program at an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in early childhood education, child development, and experience with young children.

Minimum:

• An associate degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, the human services field, or a CDA with 2 years' experience working with young children.
