What does a Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher -ITCS do?As a new Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher at Early Learning Connections, you will be responsible for creating and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for the children, and communicating effectively with parents and colleagues. Your day-to-day activities will include engaging children in educational activities, promoting social-emotional development, and documenting children's progress. You will collaborate with the team to uphold the highest standards of care and education while supporting the individual needs of each child.
