EARLY LEARNING COALITION OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, INC. is a non-profit 501c3 organization with offices at 5000 Dunn Road in Fort Pierce, serving all of St. Lucie County. We believe our children are the future. As champions of early childhood education, we oversee and fund early learning programs for all children, including at risk and income eligible children. We understand that our charge is critically important, because 80 percent of a childs brain is developed by the time they are three years old! Thats why we develop, implement and monitor the School Readiness Subsidized Childcare and Voluntar...y Prekindergarten Programs, as governed by Floridas Office of Early Learning. Our programs ensure that St. Lucie Countys youngest citizens will receive quality, comprehensive early learning services appropriate for their needs, and make sure they enter kindergarten ready to learn.
