Are you looking for a rewarding job in childcare? Join our team of high quality daycare teachers at ELCA!

At ELCA we stand out as one of the best companies to work for because of our work environment, our Directors and teachers, and our focus on doing all we can to ensure our teachers feel valued and are able to be the best teachers they are capable of being. What that means in reality is that we do our best to not constantly bounce teachers from classroom to classroom so they are able to develop relationships with their children and the families. At the same time we do cross train our educators in all age groups so they have diverse experiences in educating children, and we encourage our educators to learn scaffolding so no matter what classroom and age group they are working with they are able to provide the best quality care and education. We also promote a great work/life balance for our educators. This allows you to utilize your paid time off and vacation time effectively, while also providing consistency in care for the families we serve. In other words, at ELCA we firmly believe that happy teachers who are able to feel good about the work they are doing, and feel good about being part of our team are good for all of our children and their families, and is just good business for us. We promote from within, our pay scale is equal to or better than most other childcare centers, as are our benefits, and all of these factors have combined to give us a strong and committed teaching staff where we have many teachers who have worked at their centers for more than ten years, in several instances over twenty years, and we are proud to say we also have a couple of teachers with over thirty years at their centers.

Check out our Indeed reviews and our teacher testimonials available on our Facebook pages and YouTube to get a feel for what we are like at ELCA. They are all voluntarily given and reflect how the overwhelming majority of our staff feel about being a part of the ELCA team.
