EARC is currently hiring a Cashier/Job Coach to work in our Thrift Stores with adults with developmental disabilities. Will float between our 3 locations to assist with working register, assisting customers, assisting with store display and cleanliness. The cashier position also doubles as a job coach working alongside individuals with developmental disabilities and coaching them on their job duties. 5 years prior retail experience preferred. As a staff member, you will gain great rewards from the service you provide to the individuals we are here to support.

Day shift hours, 5 days per week with Sunday and one other day off. This position pays $14-15/hour, depending on experience.
