Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

Duties:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and Facebook messenger
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Provide product recommendations and upsell opportunities to customers
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred

-Agricultural/Livestock handling experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

-Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
