Responsible for effectively and efficiently installing, and training on all MFP’s, Printer, and software products. Responsible for providing exceptional customer service through remote support on all MFP’s, printers, and software products.

INSTALLATIONS:

• Work with Sales prior to installation to confirm customer needs before install date.
• Perform network installation of all models of MFP’s and printers in the Omaha/Fremont area.
• Perform customer training on equipment and software.
• Work with customers to answer any questions they may have regarding the equipment or the integration of the equipment with their systems.

REMOTE SUPPORT:

• Remotely assist customers to resolve any issues.
• Familiarize yourself with our remote support software to effectively perform maintenance.

CUSTOMER RELATIONS:

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Immediately report any unresolved or escalated customer concerns to the Technical Service Manager.

DOCUMENTATION:

• Properly complete documentation through our dispatch program for each call.
• Prepare and accurately complete any other paperwork that may be assigned.
