This position is for a full-time Resident Manager I with Housing to work at Walnut Place (25-unit) and Point Reyes Family (27-unit), affordable Disabled/ Special Needs and Family housing communities in Pt. Reyes Station, CA. These are HUD, HUD Section 8, and Tax Credit properties. Qualified candidates will have 1 years of affordable housing property management experience and knowledge in HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA guidelines. Valid Driver's License, clean DMV record and reliable transportation are required. Yardi is a plus. Salary range: $21.79 - $37.79 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $21.79 - $29.79 per hour, DOE. An offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Resident Manager I is directly responsible for managing the site to ensure effective fiscal, physical and social soundness. The Resident Manager oversees the day to day operations of the property including administrative, facilities and marketing.
