Responsibilities:
- Perform general janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and break rooms
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Skills:
- Experience in facilities maintenance or janitorial work preferred
- Knowledge of industrial and commercial cleaning techniques
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and carpet cleaners
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues and supervisors
