Job Overview:
This is a newly created position to manage optical, contact lens, and other product sales at the two Eagle Vision One locations:

1) 355 S Eagle Rd in Eagle.

2) 4574 N Ten Mile Rd. in Meridian.

Duties:

• Report directly to company owners.
• Regularly evaluate performance of optical staff consisting of Optical Team Leads, Optical Team Members, and Contact Lens Specialist.
• Work with Optical Team Leads to support ongoing training of optical staff for company certification levels and national certifications.
• Work with Optical Team Leads to manage daily operations affiliated with optical dispensary, optical lab, contact lens, and other retail goods.
• Manage Inventory, internal marketing, and all aspects of sales at both locations.
• Work jointly with Practice Administrators for hiring and onboarding within the optical team.
• Work jointly with Practice Administrators to achieve monthly and annual goals.
• Eventually work jointly with a second Optical Manager to allow focused efforts at each location

Qualifications:

1) Required: At least one of the following:

• Equivalent of 5 years optical experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Equivalent of 4 years Management/Sales experience

2) Other Necessary Skills:

• Ability to work well with other managers
• Ability to lead and hold others accountable while earning respect
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to motivate others towards goals
• Strong sales skills including merchandising/presentation
• Love for Vision and Eyewear
• Enthusiasm to help others and educate

Hours:

40 hours per week, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. No Saturdays or Sundays
