Payscale will be $18-20/hour based on relative property manager job experience. The property manager’s responsibilities will include the daily operations of managing 80 units.
Property Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Advertising for our community and all available units, filling vacancies and negotiating lease agreements.
- Showing units to prospective tenants.
- Interviewing tenants and running credit checks.
- Terminating leases and implementing evictions.
- Maintaining rental properties by scheduling and supervising all maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Investigating and resolving tenant complaints.
- Handle tenant relations.
- Supervise work being completed on units and in our community.
- Negotiating and concluding lease agreements.
- Maintaining records of financial transactions.
- Collecting payments from tenants, handling late rent payments, and other financial issues that may arise.
- Enforces occupancy policies and procedures.
- Surveying vacant properties and preparing units for new tenants.
Property Manager Job Requirements:
- Must be experienced in property management.
- Must be experienced in Yardi Software.
- Working knowledge of property regulations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of communication skills.
- Ability to provide good customer service to our tenants.
