ERB is looking for hard working and reliable general laborers to join our team. This is an entry level position that has potential training opportunities for equipment operator, truck driving and blaster positions within our company.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Positive attitude with a commitment to teamwork.
• Willingness to travel and stay out of town for short periods as required.
• Mechanically inclined and interested in equipment operation.
• Ability to carry 50-pound packages and buckets.
• Canidates are subject to a background check though the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. NO DUIs or FELONIES.
• Pass a pre-employment drug test and physical.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles to and from designated job sites.
• Load and unload explosives products. Ability to lift and carry 50-pound packages and buckets.
• Assist in blasting preparation and daily equipment setup.
• Operate equipment such as skid steers and back hoes.
• Work outside in all whether conditions.
• Work independently with limited supervision.
• General job site clean-up.
• Helps with drilling crew as needed.
