Eagle Plumbing Repairs And Drain Cleaning in Kenner, LA is looking for one plumbing repair technician to join our 8 person strong team. We are located on 819 Veterans Blvd Suite 204. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and make them feel welcome
- Work with the customer to identify the problem and present options
- Answer any questions the customers may have and provide suggestions as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for colleagues and customers
- Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
- Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled colleagues and clientele
- Highly adaptable to various situations and customer needs
- Ability to problem solve quickly and find effective solutions to issues that arise
- Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
