If so, Eagle Physicians in Greensboro, NC is hiring a Clinical Supervisor for Eagle Walk-In Clinic. The Clinical Supervisor will Supervise, Plan, Develop and Organize various clinical service activities in the clinical operations of Eagle Walk-In Clinic. The Clinical Supervisor will work collaboratively with the Site Administrator to establish policies, procedures, standards, and department objectives. Ideal candidate would have great leadership skills, have a positive attitude, be familiar with state and private vaccines, and phlebotomy experience. Must be Medical Assistant or LPN. This is a Salary position.
Schedule: 40 varying hours. Clinic hours are Monday thru Friday 11AM - 7PM, weekends 9AM - 245PM. Some weekend and holidays required.

Eagle Physicians may pay all support staff employees hired as a .50 FTE or higher on-or-after April 1, 2024, structured bonuses over their first two years of employment with Eagle as outlined provided. Bonus Amounts are $750.00 at 6 months, $750.00 at 12 months, $1,000.00 at 18 months and $1,000.00 at 24 months.
Paid Maternity/Paternity leave– Eagle provides up to 2 weeks of paid maternity/paternity leave after 1 year employed and 1,250 hours worked for the birth or adoption of a child. Time is pro-rated based on FTE status.

Key Responsibilities:- Coordinates the general and technical supervision over department personnel in accordance with clinic, governmental and other regulatory standards to include infection control and OSHA standards.
- Suggests departmental goals and objectives.
- Recommends and implements departmental policies and procedures. Updates staff on changes.
- Participates in the assessment of staffing needs. Maintains master work schedule. Adjusts staffing. Forecasts staffing needs.
- Participates in nursing care essential to the assessment, promotion, maintenance, and restoration of patient’s health and wellness.
- Evaluates patient care needs. Suggests solutions to patient care crisis problems and complaints. Is a patient advocate.
- Identifies, studies, and recommends solutions to Administrator.
- Assists in the selection, training/orientation, and performance evaluation of departmental personnel.
- Assigns duties and trains staff. Gives guidance and counsel. Provides in-service education.
- Works with Clerical Office Supervisor on issues which might overlap, i.e., scheduling, telephone calls and medical records.
- Approves timecards, overtime and PLT requests.
- Reviews departmental supply requisitions. Tracks and analyzes clinical expenses.
- Coordinates clinical services with other departments.
- Participates in committees as requested.
- Participates in professional development activities and maintains professional affiliations. Attends conferences and workshops.
- Shows respect, courtesy, and advocacy in all dealings with all people, including, but not limited to patients, coworkers, and visitors.
