The Camp Med Staff shall serve Eagle Lake Camps and fulfill the responsibilities listed below in the spirit of The Navigators' calling, values, and purpose: To advance the Gospel of Jesus and His Kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of laborers living and discipling among the lost.
This role is perfect for you if you love the medical side of ministry, you're organized and cool under pressure, and you're excited to care for campers between 8 and 17 years old. As Med Staff, you’ll be responsible for providing compassionate, professional medical care to our campers, dispensing prescribed over-the-counter medications, providing basic first aid, and being present during camp games and activities to support our camp programs. Additional responsibilities are listed below.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
· Belief in and adherence to the Statement of Faith and Mission of The Navigators.

· Willingness to abide by Eagle Lake Relational Covenant
· You're 18 years old or older (or will be by May of 2024).
· You can pass a background check.
· You can legally work in the United States.
