Eagle Eye Renovations is a locally owned and operated storm restoration company. We are looking to add 2-3 individuals to our team.

Our company's revenue has tripled from 2018 to 2023, and with all of the storm activity we expect it to triple again in just one year becoming one of area's fastest growing companies.

We have all of the credentials for success and are looking for driven individuals to complement our business model. Those that apply should be independent in nature, driven for success, professional, and have the desire to help others.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct roof inspections in storm-affected neighborhoods and identify storm damage.
• Guide homeowners through the insurance claim process, ensuring they receive the proper coverage per their policy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, providing excellent customer service.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to promote the Eagle Eye Renovations brand.
• Embrace a customer-focused approach, prioritizing homeowner satisfaction.
• Meet with adjusters to ensure roofs are bought.
• NO PROJECT MANAGEMENT. Once job is approved, you will remain a point of contact for customer service, but you are done!

Requirements :

• Self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be comfortable with door-knocking in storm-impacted neighborhoods.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must have your own reliable transportation.
• Must be comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs.

Pay Structure :

• W2 based pay structure plus commission.
• Commission is based on experience. For new sales members, you will be placed on a graduated scale to make you successful.
• Commission is paid out in two payments upon customer pay.
• Bonus opportunities for top performers.
• Company paid trips for top performers.

Schedule :

Tuesday - Saturday. Most work time will be done in the early evenings when homeowners are home.
