Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for finding top talent.

Duties:

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams

- Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms

- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates

- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit

- Assist with the creation of job descriptions and job postings

- Coordinate pre-employment background checks and drug screenings

- Assist with new hire onboarding, including preparing offer letters, coordinating paperwork, and conducting orientations

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)

- Assist with employee evaluation processes as needed

- Support HR team with various administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

-Certification Preferred

- Proven experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), such as iCIMS or similar software

- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in social media management for recruitment purposes

- Understanding of succession planning concepts

- Experience with HR sourcing strategies is a plus

- Knowledge of training and development practices is a plus
