Summary
Eagle Eye Networks is seeking a Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts for the West US. This role will be responsible for directly leading a team of Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), owning the sales strategy and execution for the Region, and will work, side by side, with other Sales Leaders to achieve and exceed common goals. The region team will sell through a channel of resellers made up of Security and IT Dealers and Integrators. This role is a key expansion role for our company as we continue our strong and impressive growth. The Director will lead and continue to expand, a team of experienced sales professionals; coaching, motivating, and directing all team members ensuring the creation and execution of relevant actionable territory plans, focused results-oriented activities, building and strengthening customer relationships, expanding the number of resellers, and working with partner companies and specifiers as appropriate. The Director of Sales is responsible for ensuring monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales revenue targets are exceeded. The US Director of Sales – West will report to the Vice President of Sales – North America.
