We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety at all times
- Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with light housekeeping duties, such as meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) based on client needs
- Support clients in maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in senior care or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with assisted living, nursing home, memory care, or hospice care settings is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with clients of varying needs and abilities
- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems or willingness to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.55 - $22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
