• Full-Time: 64 hours per 2 week pay period
• Part-Time: 24 hours per 2 week pay period

Available Shifts: Days of the week may vary and will include varied weekends and holidays. Thesepositions enjoy every other weekend and every other holiday off!

• AM: 5:00am-1:30am or 6:00am-2:30pm
• PM: 2:00pm-10:30pm
• NOC: 10:00pm-6:30am

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Certified NursingAssistant to join our team of top notch healthcare professionals. This positionis located our Riverside Transitional Care campus, a skilled nursing facilitythat focuses on the rehabilitation and memory care of up to 123 residents.
If you're just starting out in this industry, we look forwardto providing you an experience that trains on all aspects of the job, includingdementia specific training.
What You'll Do

• Assist and enhance the day to day lives of ourresidents through compassionate care and creating a positive atmosphere
• Perform personal cares, transportation to mealsand activities, documentation of daily care, and a variety of other tasks
• Communicate and interact with residents, theirfamilies, and other departments to create an environment that focuses onresident safety and well-being

What You'll Need

• Certified Nursing Assistant, active on theWisconsin CNA Registry, required
• Experience with medication management, CNA.and/or CBRF certification is beneficial, but not required - We will train theright fit for our team!
• No experience required, though it is beneficial!

Our Wages

• Part-Time Starting Rate: $19.00 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications
• Full-Time Starting Rate: $21.00 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications

• Shift Differentials include: PM $1.15 per hour, NOC $3.00 per hour,Weekend Diff
• Plus on-call pay, and pick up incentivesavailable
• Regular wage reviews - we pay for highperformance!

Qualifications forHigher Wages

• Completion of all 4 CBRF classes prior to hire
• CNA, Resident Care, or Home Health Experience
• Full Time Position
