Eagle Bend Manufacturing is Hiring an Inventory Cycle Counter - 2nd Shift Near Clinton, TN
Magna, Eagle Bend Manufacturing is hiring an experience Inventory Cycle Counter, proficient with Excel and other Microsoft software programs.
The Cycle Counter will be responsible to ensure accurate perpetual inventories by cycle counting and problem resolution. Eagle Bend Manufacturing is a Tier 1 automotive parts supplier for car and light truck OEMs. The company is a division of Cosma International, an operating unit of Magna International Inc.
SHIFT: 2nd Shift 2:30 - 10:30 pm
Responsibility
- Responsible for proper handling, storage, packaging, preservation and delivery of both material and product per control plans utilizing TS16949 & ISO14001 documented systems.
- Responsible to initiate appropriate action necessary to prevent non-conformance to customer specifications
- Cycle counting and verify inventory accuracy (CMS serial number scan)
- Correct production issues as requested from requests on production floor
- Analyze variances and prepare Inventory variance forms with analysis included
- Participate in regular physical inventory
Key Qualifications/Preferred
- APICS, MRP (Material Release Point), Scheduling (Preferred)
- Inventory flow, JIT principles, automotive background (Preferred )
Qualifications
- Inventory Control experience
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office) Excel
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Forklift Experience
- Must be available to work overtime as required
Working Conditions
- Ability to move throughout the plant
- Extended sitting and standing; reaching and bending
- Occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs. may be required
- Loud work environment; compliance with personal protective equipment as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $21.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
