Job Duties:

• 1. Proactively engage with customers in-store and over the telephone, addressing their inquiries and needs.
• 2. Assist "walk-in" customers with product sales, providing information on parts and pricing.
• 3. Identify and nurture relationships with potential customers to foster new business opportunities.
• 4. Process orders, including order entry, verification of details, and coordination of shipping.
• 5. Provide guidance to customers on part substitutions or modifications when necessary.
• 6. Arrange delivery of orders as per customer preferences.
• 7. Accept backorders and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• 8. Track pending orders to facilitate efficient order management.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in sales techniques.
• Thorough knowledge of auto body parts.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
