Fast-growing road construction company seeking to fill multiple positions within the full scope of the work we perform. Currently seeking candidates to join our asphalt, grading, striping, curb, and sealcoat crews. Experience operating a seal coat buggy is required for those interested in applying for sealcoating position(s). Work schedules include days, weekends, and sometimes nights so must have flexibility with scheduling. Reading/deciphering blueprints and/or site plans is always a plus!

Wage - $24.00 - $38.00 per hour, D.O.E.

Responsibilities may include:

• Working under Foreman with crew, you will operate the necessary equipment and use required hand tools to complete the project in a safe and efficient manner
• Follow all safety guidelines per company policies and OSHA guidelines
• Equipment Used (varies):
• Paver
• Roller
• Skid Steer
• Grader (huber)
• Stripe Machine
• Curb Machine
• Sealcoat Buggy (operating experience required for sealcoat position)
• Mini Excavator
• Thermo Machine
• Performing other job-related tasks as instructed

Qualifications:

• Must have valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Required to pass pre-employment drug test
• Experience reading and deciphering site plans / blueprints
• Enjoys working outside in the elements
• Able to effectively communicate and work well with others
• Flexibility and dependability, in regard to scheduling
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50lbs
