Litigation Associate - Personal Injury Attorney
Location: San Francisco, CA
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Associate with 3-10 years of experience in handling all aspects of litigation, specifically in the realm of Personal Injury Law. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in discovery, proficient in legal writing, adept at court appearances, and experienced in conducting depositions. Candidates with administrative backgrounds and a comfort level in direct client interaction are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload consisting of personal injury litigation matters.
- Draft pleadings and motions pertinent to personal injury cases.
- Conduct thorough legal research on relevant personal injury law topics.
- Actively participate in court appearances, including hearings and trials.
- Conduct and/or assist in depositions of witnesses and parties involved in personal injury cases.
- Interact directly with clients, providing them with top-notch legal advice and counsel throughout the litigation process.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the State Bar of California and in good standing.
- 3-10 years of litigation experience, with a focus on Personal Injury Law.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent legal services to clients.
Location and Work Arrangement:
This position is based in San Francisco, CA. It is a hybrid role, requiring three days per week in the office and the remaining days working remotely.
