Salary: $170,000 to $250,000

Are you a skilled attorney with a passion for real estate law? An AmLaw 200 Firm is in search of a talented Real Estate Associate to join the team in the Naples office.

Who We're Looking For:

Experience:

• 4 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong background in drafting and negotiating documents related to both commercial and residential real estate transactions.
• Experience in high-value residential transactions is preferred but not required.

Expertise:

Candidates should be well-versed in the full spectrum of real estate transactions, including development, purchases and sales, real estate secured loans, construction contracts, modification and workout documents, leases, and related due diligence work.
