Certified Tumor Registrar- Urgent Opening (Minimum of 1 year Experience )
- Job Title: Certified Tumor Registrar
- Location: 1400 Pelham Parkway South Bronx, NY
- Department : Non-Clinical
- Shift Schedule: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Guaranteed Hours: 40/Week.
- Duration of the Contract: 8 Weeks (with Highly Possible Extension).
Requirements:
- Three years experience Tumor Registry experience in an acute care hospital or equivalent abstracting experience.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology.
- High School Diploma/GED. Tumor Registry certification (CTR).
Certifications & Licenses:
- Certified Tumor Registrar
- Medical Terminology
- RHIA
- RHIT
