Responsible for coordinating, directing and executing the loading and unloading plan per day as required by the client.

Ensure the correct execution, analysis and compliance of the established KPI's such as Productivity, Loading/Unloading Times and Operational Performance per forklifter.

As well as maintaining constant communication with their work team to meet the first-hand needs of the staff, interacting with the different support areas such as Human Resources, Systems, Administration, etc.,

Be the main point of contact with the client for the management of inventories on the floor, attention and response to emails from brokers and client about cargo status.

Responsible for managing industrial battery loads and ensuring proper inventory maintenance in SAP.

Conduct closing meetings with the team and document evidence to follow up on the client's plans for goal fulfillment in a timely manner. Likewise, on a weekly basis, prepare the analysis of the results of the indicators to be reviewed together with the department's management and work with action plans to follow up on the improvements detected.

SAP Management, Experience in Personnel Management, Operation and Transshipment Administration. Focus on Continuous Improvement and 5'S

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
