The Vice President of Real Estate for the BigIron Realty division will be responsible for developing growth strategy, including identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, establishing go to market approach in emerging markets, fostering new channels for expansion, and driving overall growth of our real estate development profile. This role requires a robust understanding of the real estate industry, with a strong sales background, proven success with go-to market strategies and a deep network that can be leveraged for growth. The ideal candidate for the role will be in or around the Midwest due to travel throughout our Real Estate footprint.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive real estate strategy to drive the company’s growth and expand real estate brand, presence, and overall profile.
• Negotiate key partnerships that enhance or expand value proposition of collective brand and drive sales.
• Establish a go to market strategy within highly competitive markets. 
• Seek opportunities that allow for brand exposure, and education around the benefits of online auctions.
• Identify new markets of opportunity, assess feasibility and work with sales and marketing to establish market share.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including investors, brokers, and public agencies.
• Negotiate and structure joint ventures, acquisitions, and other strategic partnerships that expand and diversify revenue streams.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to remain competitive and ahead of industry developments.
• Work closely with Marketing on digital marketing, brand, and online presence to drive leads and awareness.
• Analyze demographic, economic, and regulatory factors influencing real estate opportunities, specific to farmland.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of agents across the Midwest.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team to foster collaborative, high-performance work environment.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by management or required by the position.
