Role Overview:
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you play a pivotal role in upholding the high standards of our residential properties and ensuring tenant satisfaction. We seek a tech-savvy individual with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to facility management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Form and lead a team of skilled maintenance technicians.
• Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies.
• Task Management: Efficiently prioritize and organize maintenance activities.
• Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to uphold equipment and facility standards.
• Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance tasks and repairs.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certifications: HVAC certification required; Certified Pool Operator certification preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role within maintenance.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in maintenance protocols and standards.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
