What will your job look like?

As a Warehouse Associate/Parts Runner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse and distribution process. This position is Monday – Friday 8am - 5pm, with the occasional Saturday. A qualified candidate’s duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Loading and unloading of shipments.
• Stocking and contribute to the organization of the warehouse and facility.
• Scrapping air conditioning system and separating materials for the greatest value.
• Occasional help with HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Drain jobs offsite.
• Drive company vehicles to deliver parts and materials to designated locations.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while driving.
• Work outside for extended periods of time.
• Facility Janitorial and custodial duties.
• Assist in all aspects of all warehouse responsibilities.

What you need:

• Must be able to regularly sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift in excess of 60 pounds if needed.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
• Must have the ability to multitask.
• Physical dexterity.
• Must be able to dress professionally in uniforms provided.
• Dennis may conduct a preemployment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law.

COMPENSATION: $18/hour

Responsibilities

Who/What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a warehouse assistant/driver based out of our new Fredericksburg, VA office. This individual will ensure that technicians have the materials needed to be able to perform installs and service work each day. Shipping and receiving, using a forklift to move pallets, organizing material, making pickups and deliveries, and maintaining a safe and clean environment in our warehouse are the main functions of this position. This job will require some heavy lifting when loading and unloading vehicles. Typically, the vehicle driven will be a box truck or a pickup truck. This position does offer the potential opportunity for advancement potentially into one of our trade fields if so desired.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a background check and have a clean driving record
• Forklift certification preferred
• High school diploma (or GED)
• Meet all attendance and dependability requirements
• Team player
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
