Job Summary:
The Tax Accountant-Intermediate assists Community Impact Capital team review partnership tax returns related to investments in Low-Income Housting Tax Credits.

Responsibilities:

• Review complex partnership tax returns and related reports and analyses.
• Coordinates communication and tracking of approximately 100 tax returns as they are reviewed.
• Training will be provided to assist.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong Corporate tax return experience

• Familiarity with tax compliance systems

• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)

• Fast paced and detail oriented

• Ability to prioritize and simultaneously handle deadlines, ad hoc requests, and regular deliverables

• CPA preferred

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
