Job Description:

Role: IT Support Technician

Location : Plover, WI / Onsite

Job type: Full - time / Permeant

The first is the most important skill we are looking for.

· Level 1, 2, 3 Windows OS support experience.

· Microsoft Windows 10, 11 support experience.

· Printer problems troubleshooting.

· Basic Network concepts knowledge like what’s a switch, firewall, routers.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Understanding of Computer Imaging concepts.

· Organized, responsible, friendly. Job requires interacting with many people every day.

· Able to lift 40lb.

· Our location has a large footprint, a lot of walking is required.

· Handheld scanners / Vehicle Mounted scanners troubleshoot experienc

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:
