Role: Field Service Engineer, 3rd shift (Production)

Location: North Kingstown, RI/Onsite

Job Type: Full-Time/Permanent

Shift: (3rd shift) – 10:30 pm – 7 am EST, Monday to Friday.

Activity: Industry, heavy machinery, automation. Technical assistance, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

What you develop:

· Assist clients in the effective use of machinery for production purposes:

· Provide technical support and troubleshooting for machinery-related issues,

· Collaborate with production teams to optimize workflow and output,

· Conduct training sessions for clients on machinery operation and maintenance.

What you bring:

· Minimum of five years of facilities/machine maintenance experience.

· Possess an associate degree or similar level.

· Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics.

· Must have a good understanding of electrical systems to include 480 volt and below including various control voltage.

· Must be self-sufficient - able to work under minimal supervision, fast-thinking and pro-active.

· Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean criminal record.

· Good physical condition: ability to carry up to 50 pounds (tool box or parts) up to 50 feet.

Nice to have:

· Knowledge of hydraulic system component diagnostics, repair and failure analysis of valves, stacks, pistons, and rams in excess of 5000 PSI operating pressure.

· Strong customer service, interpersonal and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Attention to detail and quality.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
