E.A. Graphics creates full service, custom apparel programs for clients who require multiple levels of distribution with a focus on resort souvenirs, event merchandising and corporate uniforms. E.A. Graphics is a family-owned business, founded in 1975 and based in Sterling Heights, Michigan. Our state-of-the-art facility houses automatic screen-printing presses, hand presses, embroidery machines, laser etching machines and a full service direct to garment printing department. In addition to the many operations we conduct in-house, we have numerous factories that we work with globally to meet the needs of our clients. Our customer base is very diversified; we service clients in the resort and gift markets, schools, and corporate America, offering full service custom decorated apparel and merchandise programs.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for quoting customer requests, processing orders, and assuring that deadlines and customer expectations are met. This candidate will be the primary contact for communicating between the client, production, and sales.

Responsibilities:

· Provide information, expertise, and guidance to clients

· Ability to handle and maintain relationships with multiple large customer accounts

· Prepare quotes and process orders

· Maintain status of orders throughout the process to ensure timely completion

· Source promotional products and stay up to date on new and upcoming trends

· Promote a positive team environment and encourage open communication between departments.

· May be required to work off-site events throughout the year including some evenings and weekends

Qualifications:

· 2 years of Customer Service experience or equivalent

· Industry knowledge beneficial, not required

· Proficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Suite

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Strong attention to details and follow-up skills

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· Strong problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
