Dysarts is Hiring a Store Manager Near Newburgh, ME

Newburgh Dysart’s Travel stop is looking for a Store Manager to Join our Team!

Dysarts is a family owned and operated business in Central Maine. We value tradition and strive for continual growth and improvement.

The store manager is responsible for day to day store operations. Including but not limited to Store profitability, budget, expense control, inventory levels, shortage control, food service operations, scheduling, training, customer service, safety, and supervising all employee’s.

Requirements: Must be 21

  • Serve as a leader
  • Have a validate driver’s license
  • 2 to 4 yrs. Experience in retail leadership preferred
  • Food service experience Ability to Obtain Serve Safe Certification
  • Tank Smart certification with in the first 6 month of employment (Employer will provide Training and certification opportunity.)
  • This is a full time position and involves working a variety of hours, Days, nights, weekends and holidays. (closed for Christmas)
  • Managers must work 40 regular hours with 5 hours’ overtime required
  • Ability to multitask and willing to give extra effort to help others

Physical Requirements:

Ability to regularly lift and move up to 40 pounds

Ability to stand/walk up to 9 hours a day. Reach overhead, bend, squat, twist, and work in coolers
