Job Details:
  • We are a busy dental practice in downtown Lansing that focuses on the highest level of dental care and exceptional service.
  • A Treatment Coordinator’s main responsibility is to clearly explain treatment options and related costs.
  • You would be a liaison between the doctor and the patient and assist in the gathering of information in the new patient experience, as well as coordinating a treatment plan with the doctor and presenting it to the patient.
  • You will need to be knowledgeable about dental treatment, and the timelines, and prepared to negotiate financial arrangements.
  • The Treatment Coordinator also coordinates with other offices who share in the care of our patients, making sure referrals and correspondence are received and followed up on.
