Dynamic Systems is Hiring a Salesperson Near San Antonio, TX

We have an immediate opening for an experienced Large and Light Commercial Plumbing Salesperson. The Plumbing Salesperson will be responsible for managing a sales territory in the San Antonio area and developing new service accounts.

Plumbing Sales Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the point person in developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Establish customer rapport with products and services.
  • Develop a relationship with prospects to create biding opportunities.
  • Form accurate and complete sales proposals.
  • Help facilitate post-sale transitions with service technicians and project managers..
  • Educate prospective customers on our services and procedures.
  • Continually call on assigned accounts to develop additional opportunities.
  • Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads.
  • Maintain customer information updated in our sales pipeline reporting system.
  • Keep current on new technologies and product offerings from manufacturers.
  • Support team members and peers to achieve KPIs

Plumbing Sales Requirements :

  • Valid driver's license
  • College degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Sales and customer experience preferred.
  • Understanding of basic principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating
  • Reliable and self-motivated
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs
