PROGRAM OVERVIEW:

This role is in support of the Joint Enabling Capabilities Command (JECC) Human Resources program. This program’s purpose is to provide various administrative services in support of the JECC and its subordinate commands.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Ensures management of external Employability Training for the Joint Planning Support Element (JPSE). The Training Employability Coordinator is responsible for employability training for the JPSE, processing enrollments, creating standard operating procedures, managing deployment and readiness training branch requirements, and generating weekly training reports.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Required:
  • Associate degree in business/training management or human resources
  • At least 5 years’ experience in military training coordination (non-branch specific, but Joint preferred)
  • Thorough oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively brief senior leaders and demonstrate experience with Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Fluent in English
