Job Description:

As a part-time Business Attorney with Dynamic Specialty Inc, you will play a crucial role in ensuring legal compliance and facilitating smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Contract drafting, review, and negotiation

• Licensing compliance and regulatory adherence

• Expertise in understanding and navigating state laws related to fee charging

• Creation and review of employee contracts, including non-compete agreements

• Guiding on legal matters related to business operations and expansion

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

• Active license to practice law in [Your Location]

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business law, preferably with a focus on transportation or logistics

• Strong understanding of contract law, licensing requirements, and employment regulations

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Schedule and Compensation:

This position is part-time, requiring approximately 10-15 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours as needed. The role will be based on-site at our Tamarac, FL office. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
