Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients. We are is seeking a full-time Systems Engineer IV. This exempt position is located in Charleston, SC.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing the overall DevSecOps
• Perform engineering functions such as developing operational systems concepts, performing system trade studies, originating design concepts or performing systems level test and integration test for highly complex systems
• Overseeing the creation of hybrid software, web and hardware products from initial specifications to final rollout and maintenance.
• Integrating various network operating systems, application programs and hardware devices through system specification, design, coding, testing and maintenance support.
• Overall project design including cost, schedule, and social issues that may be associated with a project
• Highly skilled in preparing and delivering presentations/briefing
• Assist to define system requirements and technical specifications for C4I systems
• Work with end users to troubleshoot and fix issues
• Document configuration parameters and workflows
• Ensure systems are properly configured and maintained
• Plan, organize, troubleshoot, and direct the analysis and resolution of complex process and system problems
• Manage test scheduling and operations to ensure deadlines are met
• Apply a working knowledge of network architectures, computing systems, communications systems and unique hardware aspects of distributed data communications environments for testing sensors using real-time networks
• Track project execution to ensure deadlines are met
• Plan and evaluate architectural design
• Review system performance and identify technical risks and associated risk mitigation approaches
• Provide technical recommendations to team members and managers. Outline and communicate effective technical approaches for systems engineering activities.
• Adopt innovative methods or approaches to solve systems engineering technical problems
• Experience being the task lead/manager

Qualifications:

• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering Computer Engineering
• Ten (8) years with Master's fourteen (10) years with Bachelor's Degree of IT professional experience

Skills:

• Excellent oral and written skills
• Experience preparing and delivering presentations/briefing and have experience being the task lead/manager.
• Excellent critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
