Dynamic Recovery is a nonprofit outpatient addiction treatment center in Great Falls, MT. We are professional, agile, and innovative in our approach to client care. Our goal is to increase the availability of quality, evidence-based addiction treatment in Great Falls and MT as a whole.

Maintains a minimum caseload of (20) outpatient clients.

* Conduct co-occurring intake, evaluation, assessment, and diagnosis

* Facilitates intensive outpatient group therapy/co-occurring group and individual sessions as scheduled.

* Participate in case consultation, team treatment planning, and inservice activities as scheduled.

* Lectures to patients on an equitable basis.

* Understands and follows corporate safety procedures.

* Perform treatment documentation, record keeping, and reporting duties in a timely manner.

* Conduct continuing care sessions as needed.

* Conduct outreach contact activities and coordinate referral to appropriate allied agencies.

* Participate in public representation of agency and its programs.

* Participate with treatment team in providing clinical education activities with identified students from collaborating academic institutions.

* At all times maintain strict adherence to Federal and State Confidentiality Laws and HIPAA regulations.

* Available to work occasional evenings (approximately two per month) as determined by the Clinical Director.

* Perform other related duties as assigned.

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

• Master's (Required)

License/Certification:

• LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PCLC, SWLC or other counseling license (Preferred)
