Dynamic’s client is seeking a Lead Program Manager, Military Defense Systems, for a permanent position in Santa Barbara, CA. This position is primarily onsite with occasional work from home days.

NOTE: Out of state candidates must be willing to relocate to California. Candidates must be willing to obtain a secret security clearance.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience managing direct reports
• Experience with program related budgets, schedules, deliverable timeline, reports, etc.
• Comfortable with interacting with business leaders and customers
• Ground systems/weapons systems experience preferred
• PMP preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred
• Active security clearance or ability to obtain a security clearance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year
