Dynamic Peak Physical Therapy is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Rutherford, NJ

About the position: This is a dual position. We are looking for a multi-tasker with an up-beat personality in our clinic who is motivated, hardworking, willing to learn, and has a strong work ethic that will fit perfectly with our team. This is not a seasonal/summer position. This is a full time position to supplement our established facility and staff.

The primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Working the front desk on the following:Informing treating Physical Therapist when his/her patient arrives.
  • Obtaining updated daily schedules at the beginning of each shift
  • Relaying any schedule changes to Physical Therapist
  • Perform duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
  • Verbal/Written Communication
  • Establishing a plan/timeline with Physical Therapist as to when they would prefer to work with their patient.
  • Greeting patients and escorting them to their Physical Therapist prescribed warm up or assigned treatment area.
  • Interpreting, organizing, and following patient flow sheets competently.
  • Effectively communicating with PTs and Aides.
  • Maintaining a safe environment by wiping tables, disinfecting, organizing, and putting equipment away.

Bilingual (Spanish preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
