Job Purpose :

Assist and take calls from referring clinics, pharmacies and patients with their requests.

Responsibilities :

• Receive incoming calls from patients or referring clinics and send messages / callers to the proper department.
• Contact patients to re-schedule appointments when needed.
• Confirm appointments to reduce no shows as necessary.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs

Compensation : Competitive Hourly Rate with Paid Time Off

Schedule : Monday through Friday 8-5pm

Requirements :

Experience Required :

Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Skills Required :

• Excellent Customer Service & Dispute Resolution
• EMR knowledge (Prognocis a plus!)
• Medical Terminology
• Insurance knowledge
• Handle a large volume of incoming calls
• Prioritize work and be detail oriented
• Use active listening skills
