Dynamic Motors has an exciting opportunity for a Collection Representative to join our team. Dynamic Motors is a family owned business with over 30 years in the Austin Area. We are looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented, experienced Collector with the ability to resolve a high volume of customer questions while maintaining excellent customer service. This is an entry-level position, but having Collections experience is preferred.

As a Collections Representative, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a point of contact regarding any concerns with their account. On a daily basis, you'll handle a large volume of tasks which will involve making outbound phone calls, emailing customers, and documenting your interactions with customers in the computer system. You'll be problem-solving, providing conflict resolution, and building relationships with our customers in a fast-paced and fun working environment. Experience is a plus, but we will train the right individual.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Provide outstanding customer service; recommending payment options to assist customers with their account needs.
• Assist with collecting/taking payments and making payment arrangements, including balancing the payments at the end of the day in the computer.
• Contacting delinquent customers via phone, text, and email.
• Responding appropriately to customer inquiries and calls.
• Answer telephone calls and directing incoming calls appropriately.
• Maintaining a portfolio deliquency percentage.
• Perform associated clerical work regarding accounts.
• Enter detailed notes in the computer system regarding your interactions with customers.
• Maintaining organized records and files.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements include:

• Be proficient with a computer and navigating computer systems.
• High-quality phone skills and strong customer service ability.
• Ability to problem solve and come up with solutions regarding customer delinquency issues.
• Listen and communicate effectively.
• Follow a defined set of rules and instructions.
• Able to be flexible with your schedule and work nights and/or weekends (Latest shift would be until 7 pm).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Dealership experience a plus.
• Finance Express, iDMS experience a plus.
• Spanish a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
