Dynamic Motors has an exciting opportunity for a Collection Representative to join our team. Dynamic Motors is a family owned business with over 30 years in the Austin Area. We are looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented, experienced Collector with the ability to resolve a high volume of customer questions while maintaining excellent customer service. This is an entry-level position, but having Collections experience is preferred.
As a Collections Representative, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a point of contact regarding any concerns with their account. On a daily basis, you'll handle a large volume of tasks which will involve making outbound phone calls, emailing customers, and documenting your interactions with customers in the computer system. You'll be problem-solving, providing conflict resolution, and building relationships with our customers in a fast-paced and fun working environment. Experience is a plus, but we will train the right individual.
