House Cleaner (FT) $18.50 per hour.

• Perform and document routine cleaning, inspection, and maintenance activities.
• Perform designated area-specific responsibilities i.e., Kitchen, Bathroom, Bedroom, Other Rooms, and Exterior.
• Complete company-sponsored training on equipment, supplies, and techniques.
• Drive company vans and interact with customers on behalf of the Office as required.
• Participate in mid-year and annual reviews with management.
• Maintain supplies and use them as directed and safely.
• Keep company vans and equipment in good working condition.

• Clean up human or animal excrement.
• Childcare or caregiving of any kind.
• Climb anything taller than two steps on a stepladder.
• Lift heavy objects or move furniture (anything over 35 pounds is considered heavy by Dynamic standards).
• Apologize to anyone for erring on the side of safety.

• Must be willing to drive and have a valid driver's license
• Must be proficient in English.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must provide three professional (not personal) references from previous employers—We will call them.
• Must undergo a background check.
