Responsibilities:

- Operate hydrovac equipment to excavate and expose underground utilities and pipelines
- Use hydrovac equipment to safely excavate around sensitive areas such as gas lines and fiber optic cables
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe work environment
- Complete daily pre-trip inspections and maintenance checks on equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Experience:

MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE CDL

- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating hydrovac equipment
- Knowledge of excavation techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with underground utilities and pipelines
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and locate underground utilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

This will a full time employment position with 100% travel, per diem and lodging situations are offered as well

• CDL A (Required)
• Tanker Endorsement
• Safety certifications preferred (eg. OSHA 10/30, First Aid/CPR, Fall Protection, Confined Space).

Physical Demands Requirements

• Must be able to hear and distinguish emergency signals and instructions while on duty.
• Must be able to repetitively sit, lift, stoop, bend, squat, kneel, reach and crawl.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in all outdoor elements for extended periods of time.
• Must be cleared to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Must be able to climb ladders, and work from stationary platforms from elevated heights.
• Must be capable of working extended hours and variable shifts.
