Requisition Summary
This Business Relations Representative reports to the Business Relations Supervisor and acts as a liaison between partnered truck plant facilities and multiple departments within Dynacraft. The Business Relations Representative is expected to work Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM CST, with the possibility of infrequent on-call. This position will be based out of McKinney, Texas or Louisville, Kentucky. Company Information

Serve as the communication hub for two Dynacraft locations.
Communicate with suppliers, truck plants and plant management via phone and email in a professional manner.
Monitor the inbox queue and respond to all communication in a timely fashion with a sense of urgency.
Perform research and apply critical thinking skills and independent judgement to make decisions which will positively impact Dynacraft operations while meeting customer expectations.
Back-up other team members during peak hours of the day, vacations, and other times as assigned. Division Information

Two or more years of experience in Customer Service, Account Management, Material Planning or Operations
Must be safety conscious and adhere to safety requirements (i.e. safety glasses, close toed shoes)
The Business Relations Representative may be on the shop floor communicating with plant employees based on business need
Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Word
Broad knowledge of Dynacraft products and business system
Problem solving skills and the confidence to make decisions impacting the operation with minimal supervision
Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented and effectively organize/prioritize assigned tasks
Project management or knowledge of Lean principles
Flexible and adaptable to change
Must be able to work outside regular business hours on occasion
Six Sigma Training preferred
SAP Training required
Education
