Responsibilities of the Shop Hand include, but are not limited to:
- Will service fire extinguishers and breathing air equipment
- Will assist the mechanic
- Shop upkeep and maintenance
- Customer service
- Making deliveries
- General shop duties and other duties as assigned by Supervisor
- Able to work in a team environment
- Experience repairing safety equipment preferred
- Acceptable driving record according to company guidelines
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical
Working Conditions: Shop Environment
Training/Certifications: N/A
Shift Time/Overtime: 6:30 am – 4:00 pm Monday – Friday; Must be able to work OT as necessary
Travel: N/A
Education: HS Diploma or GED
