We aspire to be the best solution for the Industrial customers' needs for MROP products and services through our Innovative Pumping Solutions, Metal Working, Supply Chain Services and Service Centers.

Responsibilities of Insi de Sales Representative include, but are not limited to :

  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
  • Processing customer phone orders
  • Checking availability of stock and shipping dates
  • Quoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer
  • Assisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products
  • Prior inside sales / customer service experience
  • The ideal candidate would have preferably / but not required 2-3 years of some combination of the following knowledge : pump / motor / rotating equipment / industrial products sales
  • Efficient in Windows based programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Experience with SalesForce, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, SAP Ariba, and Citrix P21 would be a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Should be enthusiastic and able to work independently.
  • Must have experience performing most of the functions.
  • Willingness to learn and take directions when needed.
  • Data entry skills, organization, multi-tasking, and customer focus is required.
  • Regular in-person attendance required.

Additional Information :

Physical Demand : must be physically able to lift a box up to 50LB from time to time.

Working Conditions : Office environment primarily.

Training / Certifications : NA

Shift Time / Overtime : Mon Fri

Travel : NA

Education : Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
