Job Summary:
As an HVAC Technician at Dwyer Services, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality heating and air conditioning services to our clients in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. This is a full-time, base/hourly plus commission position where you will utilize your skills and expertise to diagnose, repair, and maintain various HVAC systems. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Compensation & Benefits:
This role offers a competitive compensation package of $60,000 to $100,000 per year, paid weekly. In addition to the base salary, you will also have the opportunity to earn commission based on your performance. As a full-time employee, you will also be eligible for our comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues
• Repair or replace defective components or parts
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of HVAC units
• Install new HVAC systems according to manufacturer instructions and local codes
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• Keep detailed records of all services performed and parts used
• Stay updated on industry developments and attend training sessions as required
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC Technician
• Valid HVAC technician license and EPA certification
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Must be physically able to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
